All delegates and participants are requested to register online by following the step-by-step process explained on the Annual Meetings website (www.isdb-am.org) through the “Registration” tab, using the registration code mentioned in the invitation letter.

Delegates and participants are requested to complete registration, including flight details and hotel bookings if applicable, no later than Thursday, 10th August 2021 at 17:00.

Annual Meetings Registration Desk will be located at the venue of the meetings, “Tashkent City Congress Center” and will open at 12:00 on Monday, 30th August 2021 until the closure of the meetings on Saturday, 4th September 2021

ID badges will be required for entrance into the Plenary Meetings, meeting rooms, and offices. Also, participants are required to wear their ID badges at all times while at the venue.

Annual Meetings badges must bear a recent photograph of the registrant; hence, participants should upload their photos when registering online. Also, participants must show passports or other government-issued photo identification document to obtain their badges from the registration counter.

Lost or missing badges should be reported immediately to the Registration Counter at the Annual Meetings venue.
