Will be located throughout the Annual Meetings venue during 31st August - 4th September 2021 to handle general inquiries.
Transportation
Regular shuttle buses will be available from the Official Hotels to the Annual Meetings venue and vice versa for all participants. Participants who opt to reside in non-official hotels should make their own transportation arrangements.
Banking Services
Limited banking services Including foreign exchange, will be available in the Annual Meeting venue. These services are also available at most hotels. ATMs can be found in the area surrounding the Annual Meetings venue.
Medical Facilities
Limited medical facilities Will be available in the Annual Meeting Venue and selected hotels. Although primary medical care will be provided, it is advisable that delegates have an international travel insurance policy.
