Important Information
  • The tours are planned for the guests and accompanying persons during the IsDB Group Annual Meetings.
  • The registration for the tours will stop at the first 100 persons, and for daily Umrah trips at the first 40 persons.
  • Train tickets will be at the guest's expense.
  • The tours will start sharply at the time mentioned on the schedule. It is recommended that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start of the tour.
  • The gathering point for each tour is Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
  • For the tours in Makkah and Madinah, you may kindly wear suitable clothes.
  • Bring your passport with you.
  • Smoking is prohibited during the tours.
  • Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Check the weather in advance and dress accordingly.
  • Bring your hat, sunglasses or umbrella to protect you from the sun.
  • Bring your portable power bank and chargers.
  • Bring your medication.
  • Inform the committee if you have any chronic health conditions.
  • The committee is not responsible for loss of personal items.
  • Do not hesitate to ask for any help.
