The Annual Meetings Secretariat has negotiated special rates with selected hotels. Delegates and participants are urged to make reservations in one of these hotels and to include the name of their selected hotel in the registration form to facilitate transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel.
For further details on reservations, discounted rates and deadlines, please check the link for each hotel.
After the deadline, room availability at the negotiated rates may not be applicable.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION (IMPORTANT)If guest cancels the reservation before the 29th of April, they will be charged for the first night only. If guest cancels the reservation after the 29th of April, they will be charged for the total length of stay. Any no-show will be charged at the full rate for the total length of stay. POSTPONEMENT (IMPORTANT) Any change in dates will not be considered as a cancellation, provided the new booking is of the same duration of stay.

I. If less than 30 days prior to arrival date 25% of the total Nights cost will be charged.
II. If less than 20 days prior to arrival date 50% of the total Nights cost will be charged.
III. If less than 15 days prior to arrival date 75% of the total Nights cost will be charged.
IV. If less than 7 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total Nights cost will be charged.
