Official delegates (Governors, Alt Governors, members of delegations, and observers) will receive a letter with a registration code. The registration code is essential for the registration process, which is subject to approval.

They are requested to kindly scan and upload their photographs and passports copies and share the list of their equipment and resumes to (Directormcd@isdb.org).
Once the registration is completed, all info will be sent to Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs for accreditation. A confirmation letter will then be sent to the journalists which they are kindly required to bring along to Tashkent to facilitate the issuance of their badges.
Registration
All delegates and participants are requested to register online by following the step-by-step process explained on the Annual Meetings website (www.isdb-am.org) through the “Registration” tab, using the registration code mentioned in the invitation letter.
Delegates and participants are requested to complete registration, including flight details and hotel bookings if applicable, no later than Thursday, 10th August 2021 at 17:00.
Accreditation and ID Badges
Annual Meetings Registration Desk will be located at the venue of the meetings, “Tashkent City Congress Center” and will open at 12:00 on Monday, 30th August 2021 until the closure of the meetings on Saturday, 4th September 2021.
ID Badges
ID badges will be required for entrance into the Plenary Meetings, meeting rooms, and offices. Also, participants are required to wear their ID badges at all times while at the venue.
Annual Meetings badges must bear a recent photograph of the registrant; hence, participants should upload their photos when registering online. Also, participants must show passports or other government-issued photo identification documents to obtain their badges from the registration counter.
Lost or missing badges should be reported immediately to the Registration Counter at the Annual Meetings venue.
