Meeting rooms may be booked free of charge, availability permitting, for a maximum duration of one hour per meeting. Meetings booked through are categorized as closed, and no side events can be organized in any of these rooms. Meeting rooms are available every day from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
