Visa

Except for the citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council, participants from all countries require a visa to visit Saudi Arabia.

Airport

Protocol officers will be available at King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah) to expedite entry and departure formalities for delegates. It is vital that delegates fill there flight details in the registration form.

Hotels

The Annual Meeting Secretariat has negotiated special rates with few selected hotels. Governors, Alt. Governors and Delegates are requested to make their own hotel booking.

في ضوء التطورات الأخيرة بشأن فيروس كورونا الجديد وتأثير ذلك على حركة التنقل بين الدول وخاصة الدول الأعضاء بمجموعة البنك، وبالنظر إلى الإجراءات الاحترازية التي اتخذتها العديد من الدول للحد من انتشار المرض، فقد تقرر تأجيل الاجتماعات السنوية لمجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية لسنة 2020.

وستتابع مجموعة البنك عن كثب تقييم تطورات الوضع لتحديد تاريخ آخر لعقد الاجتماعات السنوية لمجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية.

 

Important Announcement

In light of recent developments regarding the spread of the novel CORONA virus and its impact on international travel, particularly among IsDB Group member countries, and in view of the precautionary measures taken by several countries to counteract the spread of the virus, it was decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group.

The Bank Group will continue to assess the development of the situation to set another date for the 2020 IsDB Group Annual Meetings.

Compte tenu des développements récents au sujet la propagation du nouveau virus CORONA et son impact sur les voyages internationaux, en particulier parmi les pays membres de la BID, et compte tenu des mesures de précaution prises par plusieurs pays pour contrer la propagation du virus, il a été décidé de reporter les réunions annuelles du Groupe de la Banque islamique de développement pour 2020.

Le Groupe de la BID continuera d’évaluer l’évolution de la situation afin de fixer une autre date pour les réunions annuelles du Groupe de la BID pour 2020.
