HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The Annual Meetings Secretariat has booked rooms at the Hilton Hotel for the IsDB Governors,Alt. Governors and IsDB Group Board members. Governors, Alt. Governors and Group Board members are requested to directly make their hotel booking through the Annual Meetings website.
The Annual Meetings Secretariat has negotiated special rates with few selected hotels, as shown in the table below. Delegates and participants are advised to make reservations at the selected hotels of their choice. They are also advised to include their booked hotels’ names on the registration forms to facilitate transportation’s arrangements from the airport to hotels.
Please consult the Annual Meetings website (www.isdb-am.org/am46) for the means of booking and the reservation deadlines for each hotel. After the deadline, rooms’ availability at the negotiated rates may not be applicable.
HOTELS’ POLICIES
- Daily rates per room inclusive VAT.
- City tax not included (~6 USD per night per person)
- Please check the hotel’s policy for the check-in & checkout time, cancellation, and/or changing reservations.
- All delegates and guests shall bear the cost of rooms reserved at their request and settle any fees, penalties, or extra charges bills (telephone calls, room service, laundry, etc.) before checking out.
