is a Ph.D. Engineer in Civil Engineering with more than 37 years of experience in the construction industry. He is ex-President of the Sudanese Contractors Federation, ex Vice-President of the Arab Federation of Contractors and ex Vice-President of the African Contractors’ Federation. He is currently the Acting Secretary General of FOCIC.
