Official Delegates (Governors, Alternative Governors, Members of Delegations, and Observers)

Official Delegates (Governors, Alt Governors, Members of Delegations, and Observers) will receive a letter with a registration code. The registration code is essential for the registration process, which is subject to approval.

Please note that a unique email address is required for each participant. Delegates are requested to scan and upload their photographs and copy of their passports (and for the accompanying person, if any). It is essential that delegates review the accommodation portal and finalize their hotel booking before starting the registration process.

Once the registration is finalized, a confirmation letter will be sent, which the delegates are kindly requested to bring to Egypt to facilitate the issuance of badges.

Side Events Participants

Participants interested in attending the Annual Meeting side events are invited to register their requests via the below link.

Participation is subject to approval, and participants are requested to upload their photograph and passport.

Speakers will receive a letter with a registration code. The registration code is essential for the registration process, which is subject to approval.

Speakers are requested to scan and upload their photographs and copy of their passports (and for the accompanying person, if any).

Once the registration is finalized, a confirmation letter will be sent, which the speakers are kindly requested to bring it to Egypt to facilitate the issuance of badges.

Journalists

Journalists will receive a letter with a Registration Code. The Registration Code is essential for the registration process, which is subject to approval.

They are requested to kindly scan and upload their photographs and passports copies and share the list of their equipment and resumes to (Directormcd@isdb.org).

Once the registration is completed, all info will be sent to Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs for accreditation. A confirmation letter will then be sent to the journalists which they are kindly required to bring along to Egypt to facilitate the issuance of their badges.

Registration

Delegates and participants are requested to register online by following the step-by-step process explained on the Annual Meetings’ website (www.isdb-am.org), starting at the “Registration” tab.

Registration, including flight details and hotel bookings if applicable, must be completed no later than Tuesday 31 May 2022.

The Annual Meetings’ registration desk is located at the venue of the meetings, “Sharm El Sheikh International Congress Center”. It is open from Tuesday, 31st of May 2022 at 12:00 noon until Saturday, 4th of June 2022 at 14:00.

Accreditation and ID Badges

Badges are required for access to the Plenary Meetings, meeting rooms, and offices. Participants are required to wear their badges at all times while at the venue.

Annual Meetings’ badges must bear a recent photograph of the registrant. Hence, participants should upload their photos when registering online. Also, participants must show passports or other government-issued photo-bearing identification document to obtain their badges from the registration counter. Lost or missing badges should be reported immediately to the Registration Counter at the Annual Meetings venue.
